Is anyone doing the QB rotation strategy in the beta leagues?

I'm going to add logic to require a QB to 'warm up' if they come in off the bench, just curious if anyone is using this strategy in a beta league to see if there is a measurable impact.

Not pushing it in yet, but may tomorrow with a few other tweaks to the QB passing logic.

I started doing it.

I have my fatigue rule set apparently just right that my QBs alternate plays.

There are a few in Beta-87. Straw and Gdad both were.

To be honest, though, the fatigue for starters playing a full game should be fixed before a warm up strategy is put into place. I just want my single starter to play at the same level as a committee of QBs. I don't think that's too big an ask or too difficult to make happen.

EDIT: Here's a perfect example of how QB fatigue rates are straight up BS: https://nfl.myfootballnow.com/box/496https://nfl.myfootballnow.com/box/496

In the first half, my QB completed 17/25 or 68%. He went 7/26 passes in the second half. My opponent's QB went 12/33 in the second half after starting 14/16.

I use 2 QB system in both leagues. My QB's rotate based on formation and play selection more so than fatigue, so I'd be curious to see how this works out.

Qbs should never get tired....they rarely run the ball.

Fatigue scales need to be looked at. It's that simple. QB should have arm skills nullified till they get warm . In other words drop that accuracy and arm strength significantly for two or three passes.....unless the starter is actually injured .

Back to general fatigue , imo it should tied to the bmi of a player . Weight divided by height . Then have players ability . ....all of them fall off a cliff. First speed and strength should have a general linear decline , but at some point in there all skills just don't work.

It should be visible and we should see a notification , perhaps in the log, that the player is winded and is signaling to be replaced.

Our guys are full go all the time....so many pros take appropriate breathers when a play is " out of reach" ........or they just get beat / picked on .

Also, I am not sure if the time between snaps is accounted for here. As it varies irl....and that recovery time is essential for every down players.

Yes, the sim does have a real time clock that is used to calculate fatigue recovery.
