One thing to consider long term might be how to use team unity. A team that keeps its OL together for a few years is likely to have an advantage over a group that is thrown together year after year. Talent is king but playing time together and knowing your team mate should have a role in this.
That tends to also change the dynamic of the FA cycle as well…right now there is not any downside from signing new players at every position each year.
