...and lets go psycho. QBs, K, P 100% everyone else. 70.
Sliders are BASIC. said it before, just said it again.
Personally, I use overrides and forget slides. ...but that is me nerding out, and I am aware of that.
Which leads to... The sliders are screwy. None of us have addressed that. Ok, setherick recently did when discussing ratios and how they can nail a GM. But that is it info wise.
...whih leads to... why is it a mystery regarding what is ratioed, what is percentaged, and what is static in MFN across all GM options - player dev, r/p slides, etc et al?
User created rules are not even a guarantee to dictate sliders. All of us seem to be at a whim: User creates rule, slider interferes. User has no rules - and slides are ineffective due to most folks do not understanding ratio, parabolic, and and direct percentages (all hidden, and all involved mysteriously). Rather complex math - especially with the unknowns as to what "math" works withing a given situation. So many variables, and no definitions regarding what formulas work for which situations. Se weights (parabolic for some ratioed for other attributes, percentages mixed in and on and on). Well discussed in forums already.
EG: why, oh why when a user has a rule of 100% pass, is their team still running?
Perhaps someone out there has gone above and beyond regarding what math formulas work in which areas, myself, yourself, and so any others are still stabbing in the dark.
It's why I say sliders are BASIC AND LAZY.

This. Stumbled upon it on my last cigy of the day, explains so much about what us old timers went through.
i too, drunkenly discovered algorithms for Sanctum that led to determining a 1-5 star system of card value in relation to overall game strategy... Not price, but how "key" a card was to own. Surprisingly, many of our "commons" surfaced to the top over rarities when I ran the numbers a couple decades ago. In the end, it created an entire new market for sellers and buyers of the MMOCCG we created in 1997, which started the virtual commodity market in early 1998 (see Wired 2016).
Anyway, some of you will LOVE this read.

No but really.

People have been speculating that the massive injuries are targeting:
- Specific owners
- Teams that won championships
- Players with specific experience
- Probably more.

We had a decent discussion about it, jdb got involved, and yet a topic like this got opened. So yeah, that's when I started posting my injuries, as it fulfills the topic: tracking injuries.

It delayed my learning to use overrides a bit, but that's about it. I'll live. :)
