It's also way too easy for a RB to take a swing pass 20-80 yards for the same reason.

This one in particular has spiked tremendously in last few games. Not sure which adjustment did it, but they run straight through tacklers now, even RBs with average break tackle and average speed.

I'm almost certain that most of it was the tackling change. Tackling was terrible in v.0.4 and v.0.3.x, but for some reason, JDB decided to make it worse.

Here is one from this week's game. The entire D takes the wrong angle on a pass to the RB... https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/gamecenter/view/6259#1128465

Here is one on a run play, all the LBs and DBs take the same line. One cutback and they are all out of position... https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/gamecenter/view/6259#1128485

And one from the week before against Det, should have been tackled around the 37 yd line... https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/gamecenter/view/6246#1126176

And another... https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/gamecenter/view/6246#1126253

Tackling and defensive reactions definitely need to be adjusted.

I'm going to look at the pursuit angles and figure out why these angles are so poor, hopefully before the next game.

I just rewatched all the sacks in my last 2 games in MFN-1. I didn't see any real glaring ones where the QB definitely should have thrown it away, but there were some where it looked like he could have if he thought about it.

This one may be the worst of the group, but is different than the ones I was seeing in 85. The GB QB gets out of the pocket and appears to set his feet to throw, but takes a sack:

I think these could have had throw aways, but nothing really bad about them:
https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/gamecenter/view/6250#1126879
https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/gamecenter/view/6259#1128588

Another where it looks like the QB gets out of the pocket and sets his feet, but takes a sack:

Again, those are nowhere near as bad as what I saw in 85, so maybe that's progress.

I think you already told me you fixed this, but I just had a playoff game in MFN-85 that was affected by the issue of out-of-pocket QB play. The QB always seems to take a sack instead of throwing the ball away or scrambling. I understand not scrambling if the QB has low scrambling skill, but not the inability to throw the ball away. It's infuriating and a big reason why I lost I think.

Oh, my QB (who, granted, is not very good) also missed a WIDE OPEN 5 YARD PAS on 4th down to seal the loss. That's also infuriating, but not as much as the out-of-pocket play.

I would like to know if this is still happening in MFN-1 - it was something that I believe should be fixed.

I have not seen any of the divide by zero style sideline sacks in MFN-1.

Qbs should run more, but 10 yards per carry is too high. Still, I haven't tried QB spy in a bit since QB runs are so few and far in between. A lot of forced passes to doubleD wr 1 or wr2. Granted 42 scramble and 56 intelligence is sub par, but I like to think of my guy with not the best footwork. In other words he takes a lot of his sacks while under pressure from blitzes while underneath receivers are wide open or there is a clear running lane right in front of him. FOV seem to mean very little in these circumstances . Probably because he is redistributing the pocket in order to pass again. Not run or throw it away.
