If a player has higher ratings in non-improvable skill he is less likely to gain as ,any points at times of growth. Only because, of the weighting system uses ratios in calculations to develop overall. It kind of the same if you hit on a 96 rated CB with 96 vol. ......you can only make it to 100 so the gain there will be smaller that a player with 96 volatility and 56 overall. Late round guys have plus 12 in overall. I have seen a few just by clicking.
I like the results . ....not mine, but I used a safe approach with an all AI driven pick system . I wish there were more UDRFAS that did well. All the fast guys were/ are gone by 3. Same goes for strenght .
