[0.4.5] Version 58e5d8b

This update should fix the 3-way tiebreaker bug where when one team was eliminated the tiebreaking procedure did not reset with the other two teams. Please observe the playoff seeding and team standings starting with the next games.

Also, please comment on any issues that you feel still remain. I think I've covered everything from the other thread. There are a few issues setherick brought up but they have more to do with how WRs extend the end of their routes, I'm not sure I want to include that in this update (WRs are coming back to the QB and the QB is throwing to that point)

General Observations

Things that must be addressed:

* DL sacks are too low in beta. BUT I'm not sure if it's the players in the league or the code. It MAY be worth adjusting OL blocking slightly to allow pressure to come a bit sooner in the block.
* Short passing routes should get a "penalty" when the play call is Medium or Long UNLESS the QB is under pressure, and then the penalty should be dropped since the QB should be throwing it to whoever or throwing it away.

Things that can wait:

* Too few knockdowns still.

* LB sacks are almost non-existent, which means they aren't getting to the QB fast enough. LBs should be cheating up to the LOS pre-snap to blitz. This feels like a big change.

Another weird thing that I've noticed. My teams in all 0.4.4 leagues, and this one, have the worst turnover percentage that I have ever had. I'm used to my teams being at a positive +/-, but I've been averaging -10 or so across leagues.

I think the reason my +/- has been all screwy is that my offenses run a number of plays per game (as in more than 70 plays a game). That makes me particularly vulnerable to fumbles since fumbles are still determined by a percentage chance for play.

In my game, a lot of passes were completely off. It's awfull to watch.
BAL QB finished 24/59
PITT QB : 25/75. My game plan should call for at least 33% of runs, i had 17 on the game (11 midway through the 2nd quarter).

More Must Fixes

1) Hook and curl routes MUST be fixed. Here's a perfect example: https://mfn1.myfootballnow.com/watch/9231#1682144

In 0.4.4 that's a first down. How did hook and curl routes BREAK SO BADLY! It's pretty ridiculous and people will just quit since everyone has those routes in their game plans right now.

2) Downfield passing SHOULD be more accurate. Coverage is good enough now that ALL the QB nerfs need to be removed.

This game has the 4Q read buffer error that I reported in alpha code.

Through three quarters:

PITT: 20/40 finished 25/75
BALT: 24/40 finished 24/59

I don't know what is causing this read buffer error, but it's still around. I'm pretty sure it's tied to overuse somehow since that's where I saw it in alpha.

If it's overuse, it's strange. All 40 offensive plays are avalaible almost at anytime for my coach.
Anyway, my qb started the season strong with 3 game at 65% comp or above. The suddenly his comp% dived well under 60. And the passes began to sail anywhere.
