Thanks for the film study - here is another update.

BTW, how has the punt blocking been with the last (and this) update?

I am going to run the 46 nonsense here in mfn1 but you might have curbed the LDE. For punts it’s hard to say as we play with a rule not allowing small guys but our wings could not get there vs a 70 timing punter....they were close but that’s it. Another 58 timing punter the lowest played last game was fine, but once again this is not mfn1 where we can put 96 speed on the line. I hope the non punter still plays next game and I will make sure to slot my 95 speed guys somewhere on the punt rush line . Most likely at one of the end spots.

This may be the one nice work!

Oh yeah we blitzed heavy and pick ups looked ok..... same as the small oline. Our 253 pound LT was man handled by a legit DE....both in the run and pass. I still we weren’t sacked too many times. Pressure caused a lot of drops and bad passes but that’s for another time. Still, it looked like a FB taking on a DE which I guess is good, but I will be looking at that closer here in mfn1. As our team is a bit more well rounded.

Here a block vs. and non punter. Like 1 out of 7 punts total which is quite low but the 82 speed db line up at the wing is the one who got through here.

No punt blocks here. The closest I've gotten has been from the Right Wing. End blockers look good this season. If PBs are rare (but still exist) against low timing and non-punters, I think you may have an acceptable fix.

Be sure to continue to report any issues, also if stats start to look a little bad - if there don't seem to be any more problems I will plan to release this update at the end of the regular season. If something significant appears before the end of the season, then we'll hold off.

A lot of sacks come like this. Blitz is called and either the oline pick ups or the backs just don’t block the right guys. They are far and few in between but sacks /pressure should be even less with these corrections

Like I said not the worst thing and it seems to be from a 3-4 blitzing SLBer more often than not but I am starting to wonder if they could lead the league in sacks this way. Maybe the the LT is the one who should have tried to block him... perhaps the play action could draw the LB more towards the fake. Not the most offending but is it exploitable?

Again I like seeing stuff like this happen but to what level is it at. IDK if the LT could have picked up this blitz from the NB and my RB is not good at pass blocking but the blitz did come from the similar alignment as the previous post.

All of these don’t look the worst but I am just wondering what’s happening. The RG seems to be the one who’s supposed to be picking up the blitzing LB? But he’s just too slow to get there and should it not be the RT or possibly the back who is the one designed to block them?
