Another falling into the same category as it it too bad. But is it too easy in comparison to another blitz from a different position?

My question is - do those OLs have any kind of acceleration? Too often in this game they don't.

The benefit of raising the value of zero speed has increased the importance of acceleration in many situations . Line play is one of them, but in general my fast guys still are winning the speed part of the pass blocking calculation more linemen are not at ideal weight but they have engaged.

The trick is that so are the 80 acceleration 300 pounders ....they are winning that intial first step..... the athletic part of the before the pass blocking calculations even take place. One part is overpowered (due to the true speed gaps caused by weight) and the other part is too weak....Theres a balance, but I think this is why DBs cannot get through out of the 5 technique or under any more. Still more testing is needed there as my team is slow.

When guys are aligned in a 7 or higher like some of the plays above the OLine isnot quick enough..... especially when the oline dont swap blocking choices with the other lineman who has less distance to travel to get to that blocking calculation. Real nfl linemen swap all time especially on stunts. They get beat too thats why i am kinda ok witht this but its exploitable. I am going to get close to a true LB playing LB to double digit sacks and sacks are low. (this part of the game i have missed for a while.)

Zero technique quick true DTs are blowing up the middle but a 250 pound LT will get beat bad by an elite DE.....good or bad its different in regards to the two major factors that allow that intial pressure which destroys the pass game vs a man under no blitzing scheme.

Say you take the latest tweaks to true speed and make even more closer to the nfls the oline might start to have some true burst off the snap, but its still kind of far off. I saw a 79 speed wr out run a 87 speed SS. People would have to get comfortable with guys whos card displays slower speeds out running faster speeds on a regular basis if big guys were made faster.

Really body mass index (BMI) needs to be the regulator to speed and strength.... not just soley the weight of a palyer. No 6'1 300 pounder is as exposive as a 6'7 300 pounder..maybe Donald but hes a rare athletic player... something we cant have in our code in the first place as its an statistical outlier.

Idk the RTs speed but this 228 pound LDE buzzes right by him.

That same small DE again and the blitzing LB seem to confuse the RT and RG as it looks like both backs went out for a pass.

Here’s a block vs a 73 timing punter

#32 the FB briefly engages the blitzing LB who swim moves him with an extremely quick move en route to the QB. The FBs speed is 38 and the LBs is 87....with the ease of pass blocking angle the FB has I think he should have done a bit better in slowing the blitzer down.

It’s a blitz and 5 vs 5 but the RG is just too slow to get the LB coming off the edge.

Looked like that RT was intending to be a downfield blocker . . . at least he bumped a LB on his way to wherever.

Again the backs were assigned routes but the RG will never get over to pick up this blitzing LB #53.
