I give everybody snaps, keep fatigue settings to where everyone gets play time. I've managed to build one stacked/dominant team, and last season I had some decent players request to be traded because they weren't on the field enough. I'm not saying that's a bad thing. It might be a desirable side-effect.

The better the player, the faster they become unhappy, or the greedier they are for play time. I'm saying implementing this might help weaker teams more than stronger teams ...

I have 15 teams and I just checked them all and neutral is the worst opinion on any of my teams with the majority happy.

I've never had a player demand a trade

Mine are the same, this is an outlier. :)

What do you mean a dominate team? Just curious what you mean by that.

The specific issue I remember was in WRs, I've easily got the best receiver corps in this league.

I've had some unhappy players and even got at least 1 back via waivers https://private75.myfootballnow.com/player/5401.

He was unhappy with me when I claimed him but he got playing time and now he's neutral.

I've had others become unhappy with me and I handle that on a case by case basis. It's been maybe 10 total players among all my teams, not counting all the players I've cut or released.

I'm not saying there aren't teams that can't beat me on AGS. There are competitors, and there are better game planners, and injuries happen, etc. I mean stacked as in raw talent.

If I was Victor or William, I'd be happy just to be on the roster with those other guys ... :)

We are getting off track here. Players opinion of you shouldnt be an issue since teams are getting a minimum of 7 injuries as some point in the season and its not uncommon to have double digit injuries during the course of a season.

Even if the roster is 55 players, 10 injuries means someone is playing hurt if you want to activate 46. Rotating players and using the entire roster so players dont get pissed is just another layer of strategy for owners.

You can set your fatigue to 75 and play your best 22 or set your fatigue to 50 and play 46. That's a decision for every owner to make. I've done both in different situations, it's all about risk/reward.

I hope they will consider increasing the roster size just so roster management and injury management would eliminate some of the frustration many owners are experiencing.

I just see how scouring a free agent pool of bums to get a healthy body to field a team is an optimum answer when you also have to cut someone you dont want too because the injuries aren't severe enough for IR.

For me, cutting from 60 to 53 is always a difficult decision because I can find the first 3 to 4 cuts pretty easy but those last cuts are depth somewhere that I know I might need later. Once I cut them, they arent coming back and it double sucks when it's a rookie you drafted but he just isnt good enough to take someone elses roster spot.
