July 2020 addendum: New GMs looking to take a team over with severe dead cap issues can contact me, and I can contact JDB to erase the current and next season dead cap.
I will only do this for extreme cases, but I am happy to do so!

It’s a sunny September 19th here in the NFL, and boy oh boy, is every team “eager” for a win this weekend.
The 2027 Eager Eight round of the NFL playoffs brings Miami to the West Coast to face Los Angeles (-7), and Tennessee can take an Uber to battle Pittsburgh (-5).
In the National conference, heavily favored Philadelphia (-13) takes on Arizona in Philly, and the Nukes(-14) intend to wallop New York at The Kiva in Albuquerque to close out Sunday’s games.

Tune in next week to see who was “furious” enough to reach the Conference championship games.

The Furious Four

The fans are beside themselves in joy regarding the remaining contenders heading into the Furious Four. In the American Conference Championship Game, we have Los Angeles (A)(Salty) taking on Pittsburg (trslick) in Los Angeles. This is the two teams’ first meeting since the 2026 regular season.
For the National Conference Championship, Albuquerque (CrazySexyBeast) travels to Philadelphia (vcr5150). In their week 12 matchup in Philly (16-0), the Nukes (14-2) lost 20-28 under the cleats of Philly RB Roger Granados and his 177 yard/2 TD rushing performance.

It was an incredibly comfortable 70F inside the New Orleans Stadium, filled to 93% capacity (71,316 paid tickets) for the NFL Crown Showdown between Los Angeles (A)(Salty) and the Albuquerque Nukes (CrazySexyBeast).
An incredibly close game statistically, game MVP K Moises Himes made every attempt count, going 6/6 in FGs, with 2 over 50 yards, the longest at 59 for the first score of the game; along with 9 kick offs (1 return) averaging 74.8 yards.
As the final whistle was blown, Albuquerque stood victorious 26-8.

After the game, an elated Himes exclaimed: “Well, I did a lot of squats during what would normally be media week. I guess Gandoolf (Himes’ name for his left leg) was up to the challenge. We’re going to DIZZYLAND!”
Yes, he is single.
