I've accepted that the OL/DL and QB play is screwed up due primarily to the extra emphasis placed on speed in the 0.4 version.

However, I haven't noticed (or seen mentioned) any attempted corrections for this being tested out in MFN-1. Isn't that what this league is for? Nothing seems to be different in this league from any of the others.

With the exception of us getting things a bit earlier I tend to agree. I should have Cinci start spamming the same 3-4 cheese plays full time to see how it works in this league for them.

I meant there doesn't seem to be anything different right now.

I know that most new features debut here, but in the past there were also code changes being made pretty regularly to address certain issues.

I could be wrong, but it seems like MFN-1 is running 0.4 right now (Bleeding Beta seems identical to 0.4).

Still an issue.

You mean the all 4-3 Under Double LB Blitz defense isn't a new feature in v.4?

Throw some Nickle double LB blitz in there for "variety" ;)

46 Heavy SS MLB Blitz (with appropriate overrides for the RDE and DL) for 311 and 230 sets
4-3 Under Double LB Blitz for the 221, 212, and 122 sets
Nickle Strong Double LB Corner blitz for 203 and 113 sets
Dime MLB SS Blitz for 104, 014, and 005 sets

The rules you need to **** off all of your opponents.

I'm holding off on any code changes until after the playoffs.

Speaking of changes, I suggest getting rid of the formation sliders in the play calling matrix. A better system might be to be able to rate a play from 1-5 in how much you like it and thus increase the likely hood it would get called. Or allow us to create packages of plays that we could set to a certain percentage. The current play calling matrix seems convoluted and confusing, basically it makes it difficult to determine what your team is even going to run (this is even difficult for guys who have been playing this game for a while). It seems the only way to ensure certain plays get called is to use rules or to really trim down your playbook.

I'm been pondering this for awhile and just haven't posted it in the suggestion forum.

How hard would it be to have QBs switch the receiver they were staring down when they come under pressure. Right now, QBs run away but continue to stare down the receiver they had locked on. It seems to make more sense that as soon as a QB is under pressure, they switch to the receiver running the shortest route in their FOV or hot route in the FOV. The key would be having this happen as soon as the under pressure parameter is used in the calculation.

Then the QBs would always target the short or hot routes, since they are under pressure nearly every down.

But, I guess that's better than taking 17 sacks in a game.
