I think that JDB is probably stewing on how to proceed here. Theres a lot in play. About 30 teams could go CPU. What does he do with the stacked teams? Does he help out the gutted teams? Give JDB time to figure out what to do in this situation.

Actually, I think it would be more than 30 teams.

Regardless of how many, being turned over to the AI is better than being run by a cheater.

Couldn't agree more War eagle.

I'm wondering if all of his teams didn't get turned over to the AI though. He hasn't signed on as any of his user names since 9/26/15 at 6:42am

How about something which shows what moves have been made...? Something which shows if someone has been moved from one position to another? I am in one of the leagues with the alt and I am looking through free agents trying to find any that have good stats in another position. Or if they were dropped from a team something on FA page which tells what team they were cut from.
I have players I want to switch because they will still be better than what I have now.

I agree with War Eagle. Cheats need to be banned, and quickly.

Here's my 2 cents ...

If its possible to lock a team for three seasons.. Id suggest that would be done. Let the AI handle all the drafting and FA signings for the teams he owned. I dont think it would be possible to revert all those trades but I am not overly techy to know.

Leaving the teams open at the start of the next season, only invites trouble. Who is to say that a fourth profile wouldn't be created to get back the teams that are well built.

You can .. On the player card select "Transactions" and it will show any position changes.

Also, if there is a LT graded out as 79/80 .. But the position was switched to DT and rated 49/50 .. If you free agent search LT that player will come up as a 79/80 LT despite what position he is currently listed as.

They were talking about changing it so you could not change players positions earlier in the thread. And thanks I am looking to see if I can find some of the 'hidden gems' lol.

Is interesting that even a football sim game is not immune from a Patriots-like cheating scandal. I mean realism for reals and stuff :D

Bummer that the ability to change position has to get limited but I can't think of a better solution to try and deter this type of thing (especially now that everyone is aware of the exploit now). I think changing players to a new position is kind of a fun thing.

I believe they already froze his alternate accounts (unless I read that incorrectly). I think the most fair thing to do is to reverse the transactions given that the feeder/farm teams were robbed of players that they should rightly still control - so when they become AI controlled/available for new owners, they will be more hosed than they should be not to mention any salary cap shenanigans. Having said that, given the number of leagues involved it could be a bit of a chore to review and implement.

I'm not crazy about cutting the good players - I think that only benefits a different team. Its tough to punish DarkRogue's teams that benefitted from these trades given that he could just abandon those teams and then the punishment only impacts whoever takes those teams over.

Tough call on how to proceed but yeah if the trades/roster moves can be reversed, I think that is the most fair option. Just a matter of whether that is feasible.
