As I've mentioned before, a practice squad concept would alleviate a lot of this, which would he helped by the increased number of players now being generated.
I've never implemented a practice squad because the way it works in the NFL is that they are treated no differently than any other free agents except that they do practice with the team - but they can be signed to any team at any time. If a team promotes a practice squad player, they still have to make room on the active roster. Plus, there are kind of complex rules about who can be on the practice squad roster. I feel like the complexity of the rules and the additional management overhead far outweighs the small advantage of having better knowledge of your plays vs just signing an available free agent.
Engine still pulling the same nonsense with my active roster.
What did it do this time? I'm going to have to make the logs even more verbose, please reset it again.

a couple of the leagues have had the injury rate turned down, but it has been worse as compared to public league MFN7. However, that might just be a case of bad luck for me versus others in the league.

Essentially the same thing again. FB2/TE2 deactivated for unnecessary OL, and rookie DE deactivated, not 100% sure who I had inactive that was activated in his place.

Public leagues have a default 100 injury rate. They should have more injuries than a private league with the rate turned down. From what I remember, the injury rate essentially injuries a certain number of players each week so every public league should have roughly the same number of injuries. Any difference is just a little randomness
